Return and Refund Policy
At Myrkja, your satisfaction is our priority. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns

Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Exceptions: Personalised or made-to-order items, and items marked final sale, cannot be returned or refunded (except in the case of defects as required by applicable law).

How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at care@myrkja.com. Provide the following details:
- Photos of the item and packaging (for damaged or defective products).
- Your order number.
- A brief description of the issue.
Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you instructions on where to send the package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If your parcel arrives damaged:

- Refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately.
- If the damage is noticed after delivery, email us within 24 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
For defective or damaged products, Myrkja will cover the return shipping cost, and a replacement product will be shipped to you free of charge.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs
Broken or Defective Items: We will cover the return shipping costs if the item is defective or not as described.
Customer-initiated Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the return is due to preference or remorse (e.g., wrong size, change of mind).
