All orders are prepared within 48 business hours after confirmation.
Custom pieces may take longer — the delivery time will be shown at checkout.

During peak periods, prep time may be slightly longer.
We’re not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external issues beyond our control.

📦 How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking email with a direct link.
You can also check status via the [Order tracking page] on our site.
If tracking doesn’t update right away — give it 24h, the courier might still be syncing info.

💍 How do I know my ring size?

Easy. Grab a ring that fits you and measure the inner diameter.
Then find your size in this chart:

Tip: hands swell and shrink slightly, so if you’re between sizes — pick the larger one.
